Our Practice
We want our patients to feel their very best, in both their personal and professional lives. Every patient deserves compassion, clear communication, and quality care.
Due to our very convenient Midtown location, we treat patients from all over the New York metropolitan area. We see a lot of younger, well-informed and social media-savvy patients. We frequently see patients dedicated to accounting, computer technology, college students, fashion, finance, law, medicine, sales, traders, teachers, TV producers, etc.
Expertise
While we are well equipped to treat a wide array of complaints, the vast majority of our patients seek treatment for:
- Adult Attention Deficit Disorder
- Anxiety, including: Panic Attacks, Performance Anxiety, Fear of flying

- Insomnia
Insurance
We are in-network providers with three insurance companies:
We are out-of-network providers with other insurance companies. For patients with out-of-network benefits, we can submit your insurance claim on your behalf in order to expedite your reimbursement.
For patients without insurance coverage, we charge less than most other Board Certified Psychiatrists. Our rate for an initial consultation is $300. Follow-up and medication-management visits are $220.

I was referred to Dr Nikita by a patient, and he has been very helpful. He is extremely straightforward, and cuts through self-delusion! But he is kind and considerate, listens well, and suggests alternative viewpoints I may not have considered. He explained medications thoroughly and changed mine when it wasn't appropriate. They take Aetna and the woman who works on the front desk is a gem. I have no experience of Dr Green.
